Did a bit of checking, and the sets do ...Hi Gowan,<br /><br />Did a bit of checking, and the sets do seem to be available in NZ, though the prices are 2x what they are here in the US.<br /><br />I'm not aware of any cheaper alternatives for the human troopers, but a possible alternative for aliens are 15mm Karlocks from The Scene.
